INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

ONLY USE IN VENTILATED AREAS

1.) Pour tap or spring water to the line inside the container

2.) Place food into the heating tray. (If dried food, add water on top of the food to moisten/follow
instructions on food packet)

3.) Remove the HeatStone from the plastic packet (Make sure your hands are dry)

4.)Lay HeatStone in the bottom of the Container

5.) Place food tray with the food inside the container and add the lid firmly

6.) Do not touch the container or cover the vent hole during the steaming process

7.) After 15-30 minutes, carefully remove the lid. It is now ready to eat from the heating try.

8.) Dispose of the used cold Heatstone in the general waste.
