This size (M) is specifically for use with backpacks from 35 to 55 Litres.

This size (L) is specifically for use with backpacks from 45 to 75 Litres.

This size (XL) is specifically for use with backpacks from 45 to 75 Litres.

The whole thing fits in the palm of your hand and weighs only 75g for the M & L and 105g for the XL
